Crowe is seeking a Tax Transformation Manager to support the delivery of tax transformation services to external clients. This role will deliver solutions related to process improvement,



technology enablement, project management, operating model support, and AI powered solution development.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with tax departments, tax processes, tax technology, finance transformation, or business process improvement. This person should be comfortable working directly with clients to identify issues, assess current-state processes, develop recommendations, and support implementation of meaningful improvements.
This role requires solid project management skills, process improvement capabilities, product and solution mindset, client service skills, and the ability to think critically through complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a manager on client-facing Tax Transformation engagements, helping plan, coordinate, and deliver project workstreams for external clients.
Work directly with client tax, finance, technology, and operations stake
