About the Role:
Phenom is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter / Healthcare Recruitment Specialist with experience in hiring for the Pharma, Healthcare, or Medical domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and the ability to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Pharma/Healthcare roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, CRM/ATS and other channels
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and trackers
Drive quick closures for open positions
Required Skills & Qualifications:




3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Proven experience hiring for Pharma / Healthcare / Medical / Life Sciences roles
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Experience in end-to-end recruitment
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiner or serving a notice period of up to 15 days
Prior experience in product-based or tech-driven organizations is a plus
