stakeholder management, people leadership, and operational oversight for one of the world s leading Private Markets Investment Firm • You will be working as a part of Investment Banking team which specializes primarily in selling securities and underwriting the issuance of current equity shares to raise capital funds They act as intermediaries between security issuers and investors and help new firms to public • Required Skills & Experience • Technical Expertise • • Strong knowledge of: • o IRR, MOIC, TWR, Modified Dietz, and other performance methodologies • o Private Markets performance measurement • o Fund accounting, NAV calculations, and capital account structures • o Benchmarking and PME methodologies • o GIPS standards and composite management • o Performance attribution and investment analytics • o Investor and regulatory reporting
