You'll be working directly under NRK's Founder & Director — hands-on exposure to how a 30+ year luxury real estate business actually runs, not a typical internship where you're several layers removed from decision-makers.
We're looking for someone with strong communication and a polished, professional presence to represent NRK Realtors — a heritage luxury real estate consultancy — to our HNI and NRI clientele across upscale colonies of Gurgaon and Delhi.

NRK Realtors is a heritage luxury real estate consultancy with over 30 years of established presence in Delhi NCR. We specialize in premium residential plots, builder floors, and villas across upscale colonies of Gurgaon and Delhi, serving HNI and NRI clients.

? YOUR ROLE
You'll serve as a Property Consultant handling property owner acquisition and relationship management:




✅ Outreach & Qualification — Contact property owners across upscale colonies of Gurgaon and Delhi via phone and WhatsApp
✅ Property Assessment — Gather specifications, documentation, and pricing expectations
✅ Coordination — Arrange property site visits between owners and our sales team
✅ Documentation Management — Organize property and owner information
✅ Lead Handover — Ensure qualified leads are documented and handed to the sales team for closure

? COMPENSATION
✅ Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000/month (based on interview performance and skill set — no bar for the right candidate)
✅ Performance Incentive: ₹50,000 per confirmed property sale
✅ Realistic earning potential: ₹1,00,000–₹2,00,000+/month with consistent closures
