Role Description The Marketing & Sales Executive – Agile Hire (Commission-Based) role is a Part time/Freelance, in office position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will prospect and qualify leads for AgileHire,



conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and present product demos to HR teams, recruiters, and business leaders. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, nurturing relationships with prospects, negotiating commission-based deals, and closing new business for AgileHire. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns, generate demand, and refine messaging based on client feedback. The Marketing & Sales Executive will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to improve both sales processes and product positioning.
