Role Overview
The Student Admissions & Application Advisor is responsible for managing the operational and administrative aspects of student applications — from receiving completed documentation and submitting applications to securing offers, tracking application progress, and ensuring timely follow-up with universities, institutions, agents, and internal teams. The role works closely with Student Success Advisors, who manage the student-facing counselling and relationship journey.
The Student Admissions & Application Advisor ensures that once a student has decided on their study pathway, the application moves efficiently, accurately and consistently from submission to offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit and manage student applications to universities and institutions.
- Track applications, offer letters, conditions and deadlines.
- Follow up with universities, institutions and partner agents.
- Coordinate with Student Success Advisors to collect and verify student documents.
- Maintain accurate application records and trackers.
- Ensure timely resolution of pending documents and application requirements.
- Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth journey from application to offer.
Key Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in international education/admissions preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
- Experience with international university applications is an advantage.
