About the Role

The Digital Marketing Executive is a hands-on execution and learning role. You work under the guidance of Senior Digital Marketing Executives and the Project Manager, executing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, analysing performance, and gradually building the skills to independently own client accounts. You are expected to learn quick, execute accurately, and ask good questions — not wait to be told everything.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Digital Marketing Executives in setting up, launching, and monitoring Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for assigned clients.
- Execute daily campaign monitoring across all assigned accounts — track spend, delivery, key metrics, and flag any anomalies to the senior team member.
- Implement campaign optimisations as directed by the Senior DME — bid adjustments, audience refinements, creative swaps, budget reallocations.
- Set up and test pixels, conversion events, custom audiences, and tracking configurations under supervision.




- Write ad copy for assigned campaigns — with review and feedback from the Senior DME before any copy goes live.
- Prepare weekly performance reports for assigned clients using the agency's reporting templates — summarising key metrics, trends, and suggested next steps.
- Assist with keyword research, audience research, and competitor ad analysis.
- Brief the creative team on ad creative requirements for assigned campaigns — with clear, structured briefs.
- Manage and update the project tracker with accurate task and campaign status on a daily basis.
- Proactively learn from campaign data — study what's working and what isn't, and bring observations and questions to weekly reviews.

Daily Responsibilities
- Check all assigned client campaign dashboards for delivery, spend, and performance issues.
- Implement any pending optimisations from the previous day.
