Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Assistant for our Ahmedabad location. The role will be responsible for supporting commercial operations, sales coordination, billing, documentation, payment follow-ups, vendor/customer coordination, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have valuable numerical ability, communication skills, and working knowledge of MS Excel and commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day commercial activities including quotations, invoicing, order processing, dispatch coordination, and documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, sales team, plant, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Prepare and maintain commercial records, sales-related documents, purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and payment follow-up details.
- Support in pricing, cost comparison, commercial proposals, and basic negotiations as required.
- Track pending orders, dispatch status, outstanding payments, credit notes, debit notes, and related commercial transactions.




- Assist in vendor/customer master data updates, agreement documentation, and compliance-related records.
- Prepare regular MIS reports related to sales, collections, dispatches, outstanding payments, and other commercial activities.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and timely coordination with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Support audit requirements by maintaining proper records and providing documents whenever required.
- Handle any other commercial or administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, sales coordination, billing, accounts coordination, or back-office commercial support.
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing, engineering, or similar industry will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Off
