- Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Hands on experience in handling store operations / up-to-date retail functions
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and Mattress sales management.

Education & Experience:
- Any graduates with 5 to 7 years of experience in managing Furniture showroom.
- Experience in selling mattress is mandatory

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
