Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Work with product managers, business stakeholders, and users to gather and understand requirements. • Translate business needs into explicit functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases (BRD / FRD). • Analyze existing workflows within ODIN modules and identify improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams through the full SDLC from requirement to release. • Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and open issues across the project lifecycle. • Support QA in validating test scenarios and coordinate UAT with stakeholders through sign-off. • Perform basic data analysis (SQL queries, Excel-based analysis) to support product and business decisions. • Study exchange circulars (NSE, BSE, MCX, SEBI) and help assess their impact on our product.



• Continuously build knowledge of the capital markets domain and the technology stack behind ODIN. Required Skills • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. • Familiarity with APIs, web applications, and general technical concepts. • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with creating flow diagrams (Visio / Lucid chart / Draw.io). • Strong written and verbal English communication. • Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams. • High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
