Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective relationship management strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with One97 Communications Limited or similar companies is an added advantage.
