Scope
- Design and implement certificate lifecycle management in ServiceNow
- Establish certificate discovery and inventory processes
- Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft ADCS
- Configure request, renewal, revocation, and expiry workflows
- Define certificate ownership and CMDB relationships
- Build monitoring, notifications, dashboards, and reporting
- Develop governance, operational processes,



and supporting documentation

Skills
- Robust ServiceNow build and support experience (CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Flow Designer)
- Handson experience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management
- Microsoft ADCS administration and integration expertise
- Experience implementing certificate management solutions
- Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices
- Ability to work independently and lead design workshops (with DevSecOps, Identify and Access Management, Cyber, Managed Cloud/ Infra teams)
