Paid Media Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Paid Media Specialist who can independently plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of performance marketing, tracking, customer journeys, creative strategy, landing pages, and advertising algorithms. You should be comfortable taking full ownership of campaigns with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns independently.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, Facebook, and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise for leads, sales, conversions, ROAS, CPA, and other business objectives.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Implement, troubleshoot, and manage Meta/Facebook Pixel and conversion events.
- Analyse the complete customer/user journey, from ad impression and click through to landing page and conversion.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign targeting, messaging, creatives, and landing page performance.
- Work with designers and content teams to develop effective ad creatives, headlines, ad copy, and calls-to-action.
- Review landing pages and recommend improvements to design, messaging, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Understand and adapt campaigns based on changes in Google Ads and Meta Ads algorithms.
- Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and performance analysis.
- Create reports and provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
- Independently troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and performance issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
- Robust practical knowledge of Google Ads.
- Strong practical knowledge of Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.
- Google Tag Manager experience is mandatory.
- Facebook/Meta Pixel knowledge is mandat
