Job Title: Customer Care Associate – Retention

Location: Secunderabad

Shift Time-9.30am to 6.30pm

Week Off- 6days working with Sunday fixed off

CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Need Graduate with min 1 year of experience in outbound sales from Banking domain.

Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Care Associates for its
Retention team
. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through both
inbound and outbound calls
, resolving customer concerns, and supporting customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle both
inbound and outbound customer calls
.
- Interact with customers professionally in
Hindi and English
.
- Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
- Focus on customer retention and prevent customer churn.
- Handle outbound sales/retention calls and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update details in Excel/system.




- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in
core outbound sales
is mandatory.
- Candidates from
VRM, Credit Card Sales, Insurance, Banking or similar sales backgrounds
preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
- Fluency in
English & Hindi is mandatory
.
- Candidate should know
any one regional language
.
- Good knowledge of
MS Excel
.
- Should be comfortable handling
both inbound and outbound calls
.
- Solid convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
