JOB DESCRIPTION SALES HEAD EXECUTIVE FOR HERO BIKE SHOWROOM

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sales Head Executive to manage the sales operations of our HERO two-wheeler showroom.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the showroom sales team, achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and management.

The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, preferably in the automobile, two-wheeler, insurance, vehicle finance, banking sales, or a related customer-facing sales role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead, supervise, and motivate a sales team of approximately 6 executives.

2. Achieve the showroom's daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

3. Allocate leads and customer enquiries among sales executives and regularly follow up on their progress.

Monitor the individual performance of sales executives and help underperforming team members improve.

5. Conduct regular team meetings and ensure positive teamwork, discipline, and coordination.

6. Follow up on showroom enquiries, walk-in customers, telephone enquiries, and prospective customers.

7. Ensure customers receive proper explanations regarding motorcycle and scooter models, variants, features, specifications, pricing, quotations, finance options, EMI, insurance, registration, exchange, booking, and vehicle delivery.

8. Ensure proper follow-up from customer enquiry until vehicle delivery.

9. Monitor vehicle bookings, pending payments, finance approvals, registrations, and vehicle deliveries.

10. Coordinate with finance, insurance, accounts, vehicle stock, registration, service, and delivery teams whenever required.

11. Ensure all required customer documents are collected and processed correctly.
