Job Description – Marketing Manager
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers and markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Regularly visit customers, dealers and potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Accounts and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Identify new products, applications and business opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer data and market reports.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments and customer commitments.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings and other business development activities.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales and business development targets.




- Support management in developing new products and expanding the company's market presence.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust sales, marketing and business development skills.
- Good customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to travel for customer visits when required.
- Strong follow-up, leadership and target-oriented approach.
- Experience in electrical / industrial products will be preferred.

Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing) preferred
