Experience: 4-8 years of skilled full stack development.
Backend: Working Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python competence with REST API design.
Frontend: Working React/TypeScript competence, including state management and component architecture.
Databases: SQL competence against PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.
Practices: TDD/unit testing habit, Git workflow, and CI/CD familiarity.
Ownership: Comfortable owning a feature or module end-to-end within a small, autonomous pod.

Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Relevant cloud or full stack certification preferred.
