Job Summary:
The Senior Telemarketing Executive will focus on generating leads through outbound calls, promoting HVAC services, and converting potential clients into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote HVAC installation, service, and maintenance packages.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
