We’re Hiring | Estate Manager / House Manager

Location: Chattarpur, Current Delhi

Property: 3-Acre Private Farmhouse

Experience: 8–15 Years

Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

Team Management: 30–40+ Employees

We are looking for a mature, responsible, and hands-on Estate Manager / House Manager to manage the complete operations and upkeep of a premium private farmhouse.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day estate and property operations
- Supervise and coordinate 30–40+ employees
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, horticulture & landscaping
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and utility maintenance
- Manage vendors, contractors and service agencies
- Ensure the residence and property remain clean, well-maintained and guest-ready
- Monitor inventory, maintenance activities and operational requirements
- Coordinate safety, security and emergency requirements




- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with the CMD and family

Candidate Requirements
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in **Estate Management / House Management / Facility Management / Luxury Residential Property / Farmhouse / Hospitality**
- Experience managing a team of **30–40+ employees** preferred
- Experience with a private residence, luxury estate, farmhouse, palace, premium hotel or large residential property will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance, staff management, vendors and horticulture
- Excellent leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, proactive and hands-on
- Strong integrity, discretion and confidentiality

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
