- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements, including destinations, travel dates, preferred airlines, baggage needs, and budget.
- Search and compare international flight options and provide customers with the best available choices.
- Prepare and present competitive airfare quotations.
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed flight bookings.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, rebooking, and other travel-related requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, baggage allowances, airline policies, and booking conditions.
- Upsell or cross-sell suitable travel options when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the company’s CRM or booking system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on airline schedules, international routes, fare rules, promotions, and travel policies.




- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a smooth booking experience.

Requirements
- Previous experience in international travel sales, airline ticketing, travel agency, or a similar role is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of international flight routes, airlines, and airfare structures.
- Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to work with sales targets and handle multiple customer inquiries.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM, email, WhatsApp, and online booking systems.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling passenger and itinerary information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
