Basic Requirements:
- Candidate should be a senior and experienced skilled
- Married candidate preferred
- Minimum 7-15 years of experience in Accounts/Finance
- Candidates firn CA/CMA/CS background preffered
Core Skill Requirements:
- Strong and complete command over Balance Sheet finalization (end-to-end)
- No gap in knowledge related to any component of the Balance Sheet
- Ability to independently finalize financial statements
- Full knowledge of statutory compliances
- Strong expertise in TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):
- TDS calculation
- Deduction and reconciliation
- Return filing (start to end process)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Ledger scrutiny & reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation
- Journal entries & adjustments
- Finalization of books of accounts
- Ability to prepare and present MIS reports
- Experience in compliance, return filing, and reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
