- Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Make follow-up calls to students regarding their study-abroad inquiries.
- Understand students' basic academic profiles and requirements.
- Coordinate with senior counsellors for further counselling and application processing.
- Maintain inquiry records and update student information in Excel/CRM.
- Assist with documentation, file preparation and other office administrative work.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with students regarding required documents.
- Handle basic day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks.
- Maintain skilled communication with students and parents.
