Position Overview




Ralph Lauren is seeking a Business Analyst to support our Digital Workplace platforms, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting platform operations, coordinating issue resolution, and driving business process improvements across Microsoft 365 solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with Technology, Corporate Communications, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, manage operational support, and ensure business needs are successfully delivered.
