Property Manager / General Manager

ASTO Convention Center is looking for an experienced and dynamic Property Manager / General Manager to oversee the overall operations, hospitality services, events, sales, and team management of the property.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the convention center and ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee weddings, corporate events, conferences, and other functions.
- Lead, train, and manage staff across departments.
- Drive sales, bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendors, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and facility operations.
- Monitor expenses, budgets, and overall profitability.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, event planners, corporates, and local business partners.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel, convention center,



banquet, or event management.
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Property Manager, Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or similar senior role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of hospitality and event operations.
- Malayali candidates are preferred, particularly those with strong knowledge of the Kerala hospitality and events market.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is an advantage.
- Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business-related qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
