Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage billing processes, including O2C Billing, Ar Billing, and Bills Receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain master data management systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues related to billings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry with expertise in Billing (O2C Billing).
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Com).
- Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure.
