Job Summary

CLF Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced *Project Manager Electrical* to manage and supervise electrical project activities at the *Godda, Jharkhand* project site.

The candidate will be responsible for complete electrical project execution, planning, site coordination, manpower and material management, quality control, safety compliance, client coordination, and timely completion of electrical works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

*Minimum 10 years of relevant experience is mandatory.*

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution

* Plan, manage, and supervise all electrical project activities at the site.

* Ensure electrical works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.





* Monitor daily progress and ensure achievement of project milestones.

* Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.

2. Electrical Works Management

* Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.

* Handle electrical infrastructure, power distribution, cabling, panels, transformers, lighting, earthing, and other project-related electrical works.

* Review electrical drawings and coordinate with design and engineering teams.

3. Planning & Progress Monitoring

* Prepare work plans and execution schedules for electrical activities.

* Monitor actual progress against planned targets.

* Identify delays and implement corrective measures.

* Coordinate with the planning team for project scheduling and progress reporting.

4. Manpower & Resource Management

* Plan and manage electrical manpower, subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment
