Job Summary

Aquaneeta Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented GeM Executive / Tender Executive to manage government tendering processes and handle operations on the GeM portal. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities related to water purifiers, RO plants, and water treatment systems,



preparing bid documents, and ensuring timely and successful submissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the GeM portal for product listing, bid participation, and order management.
- List and update company products such as Water Purifiers, RO Plants, and Water Treatment Systems on GeM.
- Identify and analyze relevant government tenders related to water purification and treatment systems.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with production, technical, accounts, and management teams for pricing approvals and documentation.
- Maintain updated statutory documents (GST, PAN, ISO, EMD, PBG, compliance certificates, product specifications, etc.).
- Track tender status, attend pre-bid meetings (if required), and follow up on results.
- Handle post-award documentation, contract processing, and execution coordination.
- Maintain MIS reports f
