Business expansion and Marketing Promotions
- The State Head is responsible for identifying recent geographies and properties across the State to expand business.
- Support marketing team in promotional activities like flyer insert, distribution of flyers, temple activities.
- Planning and executing Brand Launches, Brand Awareness and Brand Preference programs and Conduct regular Market Research

Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Setting sales targets at a product level for the team based on market conditions, seasonality, and company goals.
- Tracks and monitors daily lead input and conversion metrics to achieve revenue and growth targets at a product level.
- Monitors daily and weekly run rates at a store and employee level to ensure monthly targets are achieved.




- Designs and implements strategies to ensure Walkin and tele calling leads are 100% attended and followed-up as per campaign strategy to improve same day and 30-day conversion metrics.
- Monitors Average Revenue Per Unit (ARPU) and ensures premium product targets are achieved to increase the ARPU.
- Designs and implements strategies to ensure 100% profiles are created on all new eligible walk-ins and inbound leads.
- Address challenges and obstacles hindering sales performance promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall business performance.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare and present sales performance reports to higher management.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
