Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Building Materials, Construction, Interior Design, or Architecture and proven experience in achieving sales targets, developing business opportunities, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Hyderabad market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and business development activities.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and payment follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, proposals,
and commercial presentations for clients.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new projects, customers, and business opportunities.
- Track upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and other construction/interior projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team, wherever applicable.
