About the Role
KNK Awadh is looking for an
Accountant & Financial Analyst
who can manage accounting operations while providing meaningful financial insights to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Track sales, expenses, cash, UPI, card and payment collections.
- Prepare
P&L;, MIS, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports
.
- Analyse
salon-wise revenue, expenses and profitability
.
- Monitor payroll, inventory, receivables and payables.
- Handle
GST, TDS and statutory compliance
.
- Identify cost leakages,
financial discrepancies and unusual expenses.
- Prepare budgets and
Actual vs Budget
analysis.
- Provide actionable financial insights to management.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / Finance or related qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST & TDS.
- Advanced
MS Excel & MIS reporting
skills.
- Experience with
Tally Prime, Zoho Books or similar software
.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.
