Position: Marketing Executive - Social Media & Performance Marketing

Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Shift Time: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Role Overview:

This role sits at the intersection of creative content and paid performance owning the brand's organic social presence while also running and optimising performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable planning and working with our Social Media Agency and reading a Meta Ads dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
- Own the day-to-day management of India's social media accounts primarily Instagram, with an eye on YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with campaign calendars and brand priorities.
- Manage the monthly content calendar
- Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions to maintain an active and engaged brand presence.
- Monitor brand mentions and relevant conversations to identify engagement and amplification opportunities.





Content Creation
- Ideate and develop original content concepts for campaigns, product posts, activations, and brand storytelling.
- Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, behind-the-scenes, event highlights) independently or with support from the social media agency.
- Create static and motion graphics using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
- Repurpose ATL and BTL campaign assets for digital adapting visuals, messaging, and formats for both organic and paid placements.

Performance Marketing Paid Social & Digital Ads
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), and where relevant, Google Ads and YouTube.
- Build and manage campaign structures including ad sets, audience targeting, and budgets
- Monitor daily campaign performance, identify underperforming ad sets, and make real-time optimisations to improve ROAS, CPM, CPC, and CPL.
