Role Overview: APFTAL is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Deputy Quality Manager to assist in maintaining and improving the Quality System in line with DGCA CAR M and FTO requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Manager in planning and conducting internal audits
- Monitor compliance with DGCA regulations and company procedures
- Review documentation, manuals, and procedures for accuracy and compliance
- Assist in managing corrective/preventive actions and audit follow-ups
- Liaise with DGCA officials and departments during audits and inspections
Eligibility Qualifications
- DGCA-Approved AME Licence or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation quality/compliance role
- Thorough knowledge of CAR M, CAR 145, CAR FTO and QA systems
- Prior FTO experience is preferred
- Solid documentation and communication skills
