About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Head – Business Operations to lead enterprise customer delivery, operational governance, revenue realization, and customer success across strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers derive maximum business value through timely project delivery, adherence to contractual SLAs, operational excellence, account profitability, renewals, and long-term relationship management. This leadership role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery governance across all enterprise customer accounts.
- Ensure successful execution of projects by meeting contractual commitments, milestones,



quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with CXOs and senior business stakeholders.
- Drive customer satisfaction, account retention, renewals, and long-term account growth.
- Ensure contractual SLA adherence through proactive delivery monitoring, governance reviews, and executive-level escalations.
- Drive revenue realization by aligning project execution with milestone-based invoicing, collections, and profitability objectives.
- Own account-level P&L; and continuously improve gross margins through operational efficiency and commercial discipline.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
