About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Associate – R2R
with strong expertise in
Record to Report (R2R), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Intercompany Accounting, MIS, Reconciliation, and Hyperion
.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on
R2R experience within the Manufacturing Industry
and should be comfortable working with
SAP
, preferably
SAP S/4HANA
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end
Record to Report (R2R)
activities.
- Handle
month-end and year-end closing
activities.
- Perform
account reconciliations
, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Manage
Intercompany accounting and reconciliation
.
- Prepare and analyze
MIS reports
and financial statements.
- Support
FP&A; activities
, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Work with
Hyperion
for financial consolidation and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial processes.




- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
- Coordinate with internal and global stakeholders for R2R activities.
- Follow financial controls, accounting policies, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in
R2R / RTR / Record to Report
.
- Hands-on experience in
FP&A;
.
- Strong knowledge of
Intercompany Accounting
.
- Experience in
MIS and Reconciliation
.
- Working knowledge of
Hyperion
.
- Hands-on experience with
SAP
; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in
MS Excel
.
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
- 6–10 years of relevant experience
.
- Candidates must have
R2R experience in the Manufacturing Industry
.
- Minimum qualification:
CA Inter / ICWA / CMA
preferred.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred
