The organization is looking for a Technical Group Head Client Servicing who can take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of clients, lead a multidisciplinary finance and audit team, ensure high-quality deliverables and provide proactive technical and business advisory to clients.

Role Overview

The Technical Group Head will be responsible for ensuring the timeliness, accuracy and quality of client deliverablesand managing the complete lifecycle of an allocated portfolio of 12+ clients.

Key Responsibilities

1.



Client Portfolio Management
- Own and manage a portfolio of 12+ client engagements.
- Plan and oversee the complete lifecycle of client engagements.
- Ensure all deliverables agreed under Letters of Engagement are completed accurately and on time.
- Participate in planning and implementation of standardized client servicing practices.
- Take ownership of client relationships and service quality.

2. End-to-End Client Lifecycle
- Participate in onboarding and setting up new client entities.
- Ensure smooth transition and takeover of existing retainer activities.
- Understand client businesses and provide ongoing high-level consultation.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

3. Finance, Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of appropriate accounting software and customized Chart of Accounts.
- Establish and monitor:
- Compliance calendars
- Weekly accounting cale
