Key Responsibilities

1. SOP & Compliance Management
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to warehouse activities are current, valid, and strictly followed.
- Monitor all warehouse and dispensing activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures and proper documentation.

2. Training & Development
- Conduct and ensure scheduled training programs for staff and support staff.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

3. Warehouse Planning & Operations
- Plan and execute daily and monthly warehouse activities efficiently.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials as per defined guidelines.

4. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain optimum stock levels of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods.
- Prepare and submit monthly stock reports to management.
- Ensure timely communication of retest and expired materials to concerned departments.

5. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Purchase, PPIC, Marketing, and Logistics departments for smooth operations.




- Maintain solid interdepartmental relationships.

6. Dispensing & Documentation
- Ensure all dispensing activities are carried out as per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate and complete records for all warehouse transactions.

7. Manpower Management
- Optimize manpower utilization to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP norms by all staff.

8. Audit & Compliance
- Ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for audit observations.

9. Quality & Investigation Support
- Participate in investigations related to market complaints, deviations, and incident reports as required.

10. Calibration & Maintenance
- Ensure daily, monthly, and yearly calibration of all weighing balances.
- Review and follow up on calibration and preventive maintenance schedules with the Engineering department.

11. Material Receipt & GRN Process
- Ensure proper inspecti
