Role Summary - We are looking for a result-oriented Industrial Sales Professional with strong experience in selling technical and industrial solutions across industrial sectors.
- The role focuses on driving current business, managing key accounts, and delivering value-based solutions tailored to customer operational and process needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales strategies to grow business in assigned territory/accounts
- Identify current customers and reactivate dormant accounts Promote and sell industrial products, electrical systems, and sell automation products such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Motion, Servo Motors, Switchgear, Vision AI, Software & Safety systems
- Understand customer requirements, processes, and business needs to provide suitable solutions
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve targets Conduct regular client meetings,



qualify leads, negotiate, and close orders Coordinate with internal teams for pre-sales support and order execution

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial products and applications Sales skills: prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation & closing
- Good communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and territory opportunities Local language communication skills preferred

Good to Have
- MS Office proficiency SAP knowledge (added advantage)
- Education: Diploma / BE EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, E&I;
