The company serves pump manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers across domestic and international markets.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an International Sales Development Representative to develop new international business opportunities, generate qualified leads, connect with overseas customers, and build a robust sales pipeline for Nobtech's pump components and engineering products.

The candidate will primarily focus on lead generation, prospecting, customer communication, market development,



and appointment setting with international customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential international customers, distributors, OEMs, importers, and pump manufacturers.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online directories, databases, exhibitions, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential countries, industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Contact international prospects through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online meetings.
- Introduce Nobtech's products and understand customer requirements.
- Qualify leads based on product requirement, quantity, application, purchasing potential, and decision-making authority.
- Schedule meetings and product discussions between qualified prospects and the senior sales team.
- Maintain and regularly update the international sales pipeline and CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects
