About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – International Business / Sales & Marketing to drive international business expansion for a leading manufacturing organization based in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate will be a strong B2B international sales professional and market builder with a proven track record of identifying new overseas opportunities, developing markets, establishing distributors/agents and converting opportunities into sustainable business.

This role is particularly suited to professionals who have experience selling technical, industrial or manufactured products in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for international market expansion and business development.
- Identify and evaluate new international markets, customers,



distributors and business opportunities.
- Develop new territories from initial market identification through to first order and repeat business.
- Identify, appoint and manage international distributors, agents and channel partners.
- Build long-term relationships with overseas customers and business partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate and qualify international business leads.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and techno-commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including technical, production, quality, logistics and finance to successfully execute international orders.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts with international customers and partners.
- Support export documentation, logistics, Incoterms and payment-related processes.
