• Strong experience in Core Java, OOPS, Data Structures, and Design Patterns
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Collections, Concurrency, and Multithreading
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices
• Working experience in system design, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
• Good understanding of SQL and solid problem-solving skills
• Exposure to Apache Kafka, AWS SQS, RabbitMQ, or other asynchronous communication tools
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and production support
• Knowledge of Redis, JWT/Auth, caching frameworks, and application monitoring
• Experience with enterprise servers like Tomcat and JBoss is an advantage
• Banking domain experience preferred
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor will be good to have.
