Position Overview:

Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location: Pune and Karjat, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full time, In-Person

Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Reporting To: Directors /Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO)



to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team at our ---------- Centre .The RMO will play a critical role in the medical management of psychiatric and de-addiction patients, including clinical assessments, treatment planning, medication oversight, emergency care, and overall medical operations. You will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, and nursing staff to provide integrated, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Management & Patient Care:
- Conduct thorough physical and mental health evaluations of all admitted patients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the psychiatric and clinical team
- Manage and monitor patient medications, dosing adjustments, and potential side effects
- Assess patient medical history, vital signs, and overall health status
- Maintain clinical responsibility for patient care when and as required
