Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during the assigned shift.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate Sandwich Artists and other team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Ensure food preparation, quality, portion control, and product availability as per SOP.
- Monitor sales, transactions, wastage, and inventory during the shift.
- Handle cash management, cash reconciliation, and POS transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation standards.
- Manage opening and closing procedures as per company guidelines.
- Allocate tasks and manpower according to business requirements.
- Monitor team attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.




- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify and report operational issues, maintenance requirements, and integrity concerns.
- Support training and development of recent and existing team members.
- Ensure all company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements are followed.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, profitability, and people targets.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 13 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or FMCG operations preferred.
- Experience in team handling will be an advantage.
