Role & responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of the local market and targeted industries to generate the business of FTL and LTL
- Lead Generation and meeting with prospective clients.
- Ability to Map Customer potential, Visiting customers on a regular basis for Business.
- Target achiever, in terms of revenue generation and cost optimization
- Valuable knowledge of vehicle placement, operations, and client servicing & retention.
- Monitoring of receivables management through the realization of payments, particularly old as well as disputed
- Strong Administration and Team management skills with go-getter attitude.
- Responsible for the performance of the Branch.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in FTL transportation is a must.
- Min. Graduate from any stream
- Good at English written and Verbal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Should have 2 wheeler license
- Should have team-handling skills
