Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the capital markets industry.
- Develop process maps to visualize complex processes and improve understanding among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Provide UAT support during testing phases of new systems or changes, ensuring successful implementation.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity industries.
- Solid skills in BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document) creation and maintenance.
- Experience with gap analysis, process mapping, and UAT support is essential.
