About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Content Editor to turn raw footage into high-impact, polished videos that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. In this role, you will stay on top of current visual trends to deliver compelling, modern content across digital platforms, collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to elevate our visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Editing: Edit raw footage into high-quality videos using energetic storytelling, sharp pacing, and relevant visual aesthetics.
- Color Grading & Enhancement: Perform professional color correction and color grading to ensure a consistent, cinematic, or branded look across all footage.
- Creative Post-Production: Integrate audio design, trending music tracks, sound effects, dynamic subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
- Trend Integration: Apply current editing trends, popular pacing styles, viral hook techniques, and platform-specific formats to maximize audience retention.
- Multi-Platform Optimization: Tailor visual dimensions, ratios,



and specs for YouTube, social media feeds, websites, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Collaboration & Workflow: Partner with producers, strategists, and designers to execute creative briefs, organize asset libraries, and deliver on tight deadlines.

Requirements
- Proven Experience: Strong background as a Video Editor with a portfolio demonstrating versatile editing styles and visual storytelling.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of editing suites such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Advanced Color Skills: Strong practical knowledge of color correction, color grading tools, LUTs, and color balancing.
- Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of current editing trends, transition techniques, audio hooks, and fast-paced digital content styles.
