Technical Skills/Competencies -
- Lead, develop and improve the Quality & Food Safety Management Systems in India in line with Global and Regional QFS Strategy to support the business’ grow.
- Ensure that all products produced in Bunge India plants and 2P/3P operations and placed on the market comply with Food Safety & Regulatory requirements and meet customers’ expectations.
- Drive implementation of Global, Regional and QFS strategies & systems to meet Quality, Food safety and Regulatory compliance standards in India.
- Monitor, warn and follow regulatory changes, define and deploy the necessary actions to meet regulatory requirements.
- Accountable for ensuring implementation, acceptance,
and maintenance of quality & food safety system.
- Responsible for the supplier & 2P/3P quality and food safety management.
- Responsible for raising employee’s awareness of quality and food safety, enhance quality & food safety culture building across India.
- Lead Incident Management Team (IMT) as IMT Leader in case of any QFS related marketplace incident.
- Deploy, guide and follow the execution of BPS QFS Pillar Strategy, assessments and tools (RCA, CAPA, MOC) as Market QFS Pillar Leader
- Coach QFS teams for talent and skills developments and share feedback for performance reviews
- Should be well versed with ISO and OHSAS guidelines
