Manager Indirect Sourcing (Buy Desk Operations)Location

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager will lead Buy Desk operations supporting global stakeholders, manage a team of analysts, drive P2P process excellence, and ensure achievement of service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Buy Desk Analysts and Senior Analysts
- Own day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations
- Manage stakeholder relationships and escalations
- Drive SLA, KPI, productivity, quality, and compliance performance
- Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Support supplier onboarding, PO lifecycle management, and issue resolution
- Partner with Sourcing, Finance, AP, and Business teams globally
- Provide operational reporting, governance, and business insights
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and controls
- Support global transformations, migrations, and process standardization efforts

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering,



or related field
- 10-15 years of procurement, shared services, or P2P operations experience
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Indirect Procurement operations
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, JDE, HICX or similar ERP platforms
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification
- Experience in global shared services or CoE environments
