Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Psychology Mentor & Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Mentor to support students in their academic and personal development within an international school setting.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor students in Psychology and Theory of Knowledge (TOK).
Plan and deliver engaging sessions that promote critical thinking and inquiry.
Guide students in research, analysis, reflection, and academic writing.
Support students with projects, assessments, and presentations.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage independent learning, open discussion,



and intellectual curiosity.
Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to support student development.
Candidate Profile
Master’s Degree in Psychology or a relevant subject with B.Ed.
2–5 years of relevant teaching/mentoring experience.
Experience with IB/International curriculum and TOK will be preferred.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
Strong understanding of critical thinking and inquiry-based learning.
Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month
