About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented and confident Sales Professional to join our team and handle the sales and business development of Laboratory Equipment and Scientific Instruments.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, generating leads, conducting product presentations, and achieving assigned sales targets by working with laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centres, research institutions, colleges, universities, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare/scientific organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers for laboratory equipment.
- Promote and sell Laboratory Equipment, Scientific Instruments and Diagnostic Equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centres,



research institutions and pharmaceutical companies.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and follow up until order closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop recent accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with technical, service and operations teams for product demonstrations, installation and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records and regular sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
- Explore opportunities through institutional, corporate, government, tender and distributor/dealer channels, wherever applicable.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely order execution.
