Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing / Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities, manage existing customers, generate enquiries, and achieve sales targets for our engineering products such as Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks and Mixers.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in B2B industrial sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent customers and business opportunities in the industrial and engineering sectors.
- Generate enquiries through market research, customer visits, references, networking and other business development activities.
- Handle enquiries from initial discussion through quotation, negotiation and order finalization.




- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Production, Purchase and QA/QC teams.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, techno-commercial offers and proposals.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer database and sales pipeline.
- Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order confirmations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Study market trends, competitor activities and pricing to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, conferences and industrial events.
- Prepare sales reports, enquiry status reports, order booking reports and market feedback for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
